At LAW PRACTICE, LTD., we are committed to providing our clients with quality and affordable legal services.

Initial Consultation : For traffic tickets, we offer a complimentary consultation with one of our attorneys. For all other legal matters, we charge a consultation fee of $150.00 (in most cases) to meet with one of our attorneys to discuss your case. However, the initial consultation fee will be waived should you retain LAW PRACTICE, LTD. the same day as your appointment. A consultation typically takes 30-50 minutes, depending on the nature of your legal problem.

Fixed Flat Fees : Many of the legal services provided by LAW PRACTICE, LTD., are charged on a fixed, flat fee basis . If your case is billed on a fixed flat fee, you would only be responsible for the payment of the amount of the flat fee charged by LAW PRACTICE, LTD. , for the specific legal service provided regardless of the amount of time spent by the attorney to perform that service on your behalf.

Competitive Hourly Rates : For those matters which cannot be handled on a fixed flat fee basis, we perform legal services at competitive hourly rates, which typically range from $195.00-$275.00 per hour. If your case is billed on an hourly basis, you will be required to provide our firm with an initial retainer at the commencement of your case, and our fees will be deducted from your retainer for the time spent by the attorney to perform the legal services on your behalf. Should the time (and fees) required to be spent on your case exceed the amount of your initial retainer, you will thereafter be asked to either replenish your retainer or you will be billed on a monthly basis for the additional fees and costs incurred.

Costs : You will be responsible to pay for costs incurred in your case, if any. Those costs may include filing fees, process serving charges, courier fees, postage and certified mail charges, recorder fees, Federal Express Charges, and photocopying charges. You will not be charged for notary service, facsimiles, or long-distance telephone charges.

A La Carte Services : For those clients who require limited (one-time only) legal representation, LAW PRACTICE, LTD. , also offers a la carte services which are charged on a fixed flat fee basis, including, but not limited to, the following types of services:
