Ms. Kolber's experience also includes fourteen (14) years representing landlords exclusively in unlawful detainer (eviction) matters during which time she personally handled and/or supervised more than 10,000 eviction trials. Ms. Kolber has also represented individuals and small businesses in both simple and complex real estate transactions and disputes.
