In most cases, we are generally able to successfully plead/negotiate your traffic offense, and this can often result in a reduction or dismissal of the charge, a reduction of fines and penalties, elimination or reduction in demerit points reported to the DMV, and elimination of a requirement to attend traffic school. In most cases, we have been able to negotiate a more favorable result for our clients than they would have obtained had represented themselves or simply paid the ticket.

Additional fees will be charged for the resolution of traffic warrants, defense of reckless driving charges and for last minute/emergency hearings. While LAW PRACTICE, LTD . does not handle D.U.I.'s, we will gladly refer you to an attorney who may assist you in such matters.
